This course is a study of the construction of land descriptions and the techniques of surveying the boundaries of a described parcel of land; sectional breakdown descriptions and surveys, meters and bounds descriptions and surveys, lot and block descriptions and surveys, and water boundary descriptions (including associated calculations).
