EGS 1001 Introduction to Engineering (P)

This course introduces engineering and technology professions with emphasis on the spectrum of work opportunities and careers. The student is introduced to engineering work habits, responsibilities, communication, problem-solving techniques and technical calculations. The various engineering specialties are represented through appropriate presentations made by working professionals in the local engineering and technical community.
