OCA 0313 Office Communications II (N)

This course builds on OCA-0312 and provides a more advanced overview of written communication. Emphasis is placed on developing additional language and writing skills with the use of advanced computer applications and enhancements. These skills may be used as communication tools for acquiring employment and increasing professional opportunities.
