HMV 0943 Apprenticeship - Culinary Arts On-the-Job Learning (N)

This course implements the theoretical concepts introduced in the classroom components of the culinary arts apprenticeship program through on-the-job learning. Registration with the American Culinary Federation Educational Foundation Apprenticeship and permission of instructor are required.
