HSA 4383 Quality Improvement in Health Care (U)

This course focuses on issues confronting health care managers seeking to improve the quality of health care delivery. Students review quality indicators and quality improvement tools. The course includes change managment, team building, use of information technology to improve quality, and the analysis and interpretation of statistical data for quality improvement.
