HIM 2729 Intermediate Coding
In this course, students study assigning appropriate CPT, ICD, and Level II (HCPCS) codes to a wide range of original source medical documents. Students apply the decision-making process in problem solving using well-defined medical record review methods and guidelines in order to increase the quality of code selection.
