ETP 2410 Solar Photovoltaic Systems

In this course, students learn the basic concepts of solar photovoltaic technology. Students learn how photovoltaic (PV) systems work, how to determine the size of the PV system needed for a certain application, and how to install and connect the PV system to the electrical grid. The concepts of solar module mounting, wire connection, sizing of the solar array, and battery bank are discussed in detail.
