CJT P230 Breath Test Operator Training (N)

This course teaches the various aspects of breath testing. Topics include a review of applicable state statutes, case law, and the Florida Administration Code. Students examine the signs and symptoms of impairment, procedures for administering a breath test, written documentation and courtroom presentation. Practical skills development is an integral part of this course.
