E-Learning services extend opportunities to students beyond the traditional classroom. These services are provided by the Instructional Departments in cooperation with the offices of Enrollment and Student Services, Instructional Technology, and Academic Affairs.

Hundreds of courses are now available online. Through the IRSC Virtual Campus students can complete select degree programs entirely online. These include:

  • Associate in Arts Degree
  • Associate in Science Degree in Business Administration
  • Associate in Science Degree in Computer Information Technology
  • Associate in Science Degree in Health Information Technology
  • Bachelor's Degrees in:
    • Business Administration
    • Criminal Justice
    • Education/ESE
    • Information Technology/Cyber Security
    • Middle School Mathematics
    • Nursing
    • Organizational Management
    • Public Administration

Students complete assignments and communicate with instructors via the Blackboard Learning Management System.

At the beginning of each semester, a special Virtual Campus Orientation is held for new E-Learning/Online students.

Please note: At least one proctored assessment will be required. Assessments can be proctored free of charge at any IRSC Assessment Center, or at another college/university at your own expense. Refer to the Assessment Center's Testing Procedures with additional questions.
