FSS 2303 Food Service Practicum I

This course is a seminar for students enrolled in the Food Service program. The seminars meet a minimum of one hour each week for discussions and reports concerning the supervised work experience. A minimum of fifteen hours of supervised on-the-job training required in the food industry per week. Permission of Food Services Coordinator required. Insurance fee $18.
