HSA 2182 Health Services Management Concepts (O)

This course covers the skills necessary to be a health care manager. The course provides an overview of the U.S. Health System and the application of principles of management in a health care setting. Topics include health care management information systems; policies and regulations; and evaluating performance outcomes.
