CJE 1404 Communication Skills for the Law Enforcement Leader (O)

This course teaches how to combine the power of leading and listening to obtain greater results. It also teaches how to create a positive listening mind-set to deal with the media including an explanation of how the media process works. It gives law enforcement managers who deal with the media a better understanding of the media process.
